An Update from CJ Affiliate’s President Regarding COVID-19

I want to take a moment to recognize this unprecedented event that is affecting all aspects of lives all over the world.
Speaking on behalf of all of CJ, our most sincere thoughts go out to each and every one of you. In a time filled with uncertainty, I also want to update you on how we’re approaching the situation at CJ Affiliate, with support from our global parent company Publicis Groupe. We are focused on the health and wellness of our people and clients and are doing everything within our power to adapt quickly as an organization to continue to support your business needs.
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues, global CJ Affiliate and Publicis Groupe leadership teams are continuously monitoring and responding to the rapidly evolving situation. To ensure the safety of our employees, clients, and communities, our measures align with the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO), as well as with local government and health authorities. We are committed to providing updated and ongoing guidance and support.
We’ve instituted a company policy requiring all employees to work from home until further notice. In order to ensure that our associates are set up for success, we have a comprehensive work-from-home toolkit containing connectivity VPN instructions, support information, and documentation to ensure a seamless transition. All business travel has also been suspended. We are taking all meetings, internal and external, via video and teleconferencing.
Additionally, we are strongly urging our associates to follow CDC and WHO recommendations around social distancing, frequent hand washing, and other protective measures. If any employee is feeling unwell, we ask that they seek immediate medical attention.
I am confident in our collective ability to persevere in challenging times such as these. CJ has comprehensive business continuity plans to ensure that we continue to service our clients safely, securely, and without technical disruption.
