Happy Movember! Last year, associates in CJ's Needham, MA office grew facial hair for Movember and raised an impressive $2K to support men's health. This year, they're doing it again—and they could use your help!
Founded in 2003, Movember is an annual event that invites men to grow mustaches in November to bring awareness to men’s health issues: mental health, prostate cancer, and testicular cancer.
In 2022, 13 associates from CJ's Needham office participated in growing mustaches or beards and raised an impressive $2,000 in the process. This year, the CJ Needham office is proudly supporting Movember once again! As part of our commitment to men's mental health, prostate, and testicular cancer awareness, we welcome your donations on our Movember team page. Your contributions will help us make a positive impact and further these critical causes!

Men’s Mental Health Awareness
Male mental health awareness is vital due to persistent societal norms that unfortunately discourage men from seeking help. Prostate and Testicular Cancer Awareness
Movember also serves as a dynamic platform to emphasize the vital importance of prostate and testicular cancer awareness. Consider these statistics that underline the significance of awareness and early detection:
Need Support or Resources?
Fifty percent of people with cancer are afraid to tell their employers due to perceived stigma.
CJ is proud that Publicis Groupe and the Publicis Foundation recently launched the Working with Cancer coalition alongside leading cancer charities and organizations to erase the stigma of cancer in the workplace. Companies who have taken the Working with Cancer Pledge now reassure those employees with job security, career support, an internal community, and flexibility to help assist both physical and mental recovery. The pledge invites every business across the globe—big and small—to join the movement at workingwithcancerpledge.com.
If you or someone you know needs support or resources, the below organizations offer valuable guidance and information on mental health and cancer-related issues. Don't hesitate to seek help and information when facing these challenges!

Prostate and Testicular Cancer
It’s our hope that we can raise even more money this year to support such an important cause and continue to educate and help remove the stigma around men’s mental and physical health.
If you’re able and would like to, your donations would be more than welcome and can be submitted via the CJ Needham Office Movember team page.
Thank you!
