Work-life balance is a high priority at CJ. We pride ourselves in being dedicated and focused while also taking time to let loose with our coworkers! Each team goes on quarterly outings, like wine tasting or bowling, and we also have larger events where the whole office goes to the beach or celebrates the holidays together. We take delivering excellent service and results very seriously, but not ourselves—from funny stories, inside jokes, and little pranks, you'll hear us laughing throughout the office every day!

Another priority at CJ is making sure we help out those in need in our communities throughout the year. During our "Summer of Service", we hold fundraisers such as ice cream sundae socials, bake sales, and participate in things like Habitat for Humanity homebuilding, and food and clothing drives. On top of that, our parent company, Alliance Data Systems, matches all donations our employees give to charitable organizations. Last year, ADS employees logged a combined 18,375 hours of community service!

CJ started in sunny Santa Barbara, California, and our other offices are in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Chicago, Atlanta, Westborough, and New York City! Nearly all of our office locations have been recently remodeled, and boast bright, modern architecture and open floor plans. Most offices have some relaxing and fun spaces as well, such as rooms with foosball tables or Wii gaming systems.
