Q: Describe your career trajectory. Where did you work before CJ and how did you come across the opportunity to work here?
Before CJ I used to work for a staffing agency to help place medical professionals in temporary positions. I learned about the opportunity to work at CJ from my sister who used to work here and just like that, the rest is history!
Q: What does your average workday look like on the Agency Team?
On an average day I spend a lot of time speaking with agency clients, troubleshooting complex tracking and data import issues, and coming up with new ways on how to streamline requests at scale. No day is ever the same and there’s always something new going on.
Q: If Hollywood made a movie about your life, who would play you?
A PG version of Jennifer Coolidge would play me because we both talk in goofy voices and try to make people laugh. She’s just so fun!
Q: What’s your favorite part about your job?
My favorite part about my job and working at CJ is the collaboration. I love that I get to work closely with other teams on projects and stakeholder groups. You get to meet so many great people and you end up learning a ton and gaining a new perspective on things.
Always write an email with a smile on your face. This simple tip helps me deal with frustrating or tough situations. It works every time!

Q: Tell us about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career:
Winning the Up and Comer of the Year award and being recognized by my peers and leaders at CJ's 2019 Dare to Think Big Awards was the most significant accomplishment in my career. It felt like a bunch of accomplishments rolled up into one and was really nice to be acknowledged for all of my work.
Q: Hardest lesson learned?
To not get down on yourself when you make a mistake. I’ve learned it’s important to always keep a positive attitude because everyone makes mistakes and we're only human.
Q: Do you have any habits or routines that you’ve purposely built to maximize productivity for yourself?
I love creating how-to guides to help streamline our clients’ requests. Building them out takes time, but once they are complete, they end up saving time so you’re working smarter and not harder.
Q: On a Sunday morning at 11 am, we’d find you…
At breakfast with friends drinking a mimosa, or by the pool if the weather is warm.
Q: I If you could only eat thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Burritos. I love Mexican food so much and would eat it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! But burritos are my ultimate favorite!
